Tax and regulatory disclaimer
Please read this before using Taxy guidance to make a filing decision.
Effective: 2 August 2026 · Version 2.01. Independent platform
Taxy is not KRA, a government agency or an official government website. Taxy provides client-authorised human filing support and does not claim an official KRA API integration.
2. General information only
Website content simplifies publicly available information for education. It does not interpret every law, notice, exception or individual fact and should not be treated as a formal tax opinion.
3. Preliminary assessment and filing plans
The public self-assessment and plan provide only preliminary direction. They do not access iTax or confirm obligations. Only a completed order placed from the authenticated workspace authorises human filing work.
4. Current information
Tax law, administrative practice, filing periods and digital systems can change. Taxy dates tax guidance and links official sources, but you should confirm time-sensitive requirements directly with KRA.
5. When to seek professional review
Get qualified help where income sources are unclear, prior years are missing, KRA records conflict, an assessment or dispute exists, residency is uncertain, business activity is involved or the financial consequences are material.
6. No guarantee of outcome
Taxy cannot guarantee that KRA will accept a position, waive a penalty, issue a refund or consider a taxpayer compliant. Those outcomes depend on law, evidence, official systems and the taxpayer’s complete facts.
7. Filing service
Authorised people prepare filing work using the information the client submits. The scope and any applicable price must be confirmed before work proceeds.
